At Lucisumbra, our goal is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you can process returns and refunds according to the policy outlined below.

Return Policy

If you wish to return any product, please ensure that the items are unused and that the original packaging has not been opened at the time of delivery. You must notify us of your return request via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery. Returns not reported within 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned.
  • Products subject to hygiene regulations cannot be returned.
  • Personalized (custom-made) products also cannot be returned.

Once your order is placed, no returns or exchanges can be made until the product is delivered. You can only return unused, unopened products with complete contents and undamaged original packaging. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Orders not reported within 1 hour cannot be canceled. However, if the return conditions are met after you receive the product, the return process can be initiated.

Our products must comply with hygiene standards. Refunds cannot be processed for products subject to hygiene regulations. Personalized (custom-made) products also cannot be returned.

Once your return request reaches us, lucisumbra.com will respond within 7 business days. You must return the product in its original packaging, along with the box and contents. The return address will be provided to you after you submit your request, and returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Refunds for the product price will be processed within 30 days from the date you received the product. The condition of the product must be checked for your return to be processed. If the conditions are met, the refund process will be initiated. Returns for products subject to hygiene regulations are not accepted.

Note

  • Return shipping costs and customs fees are to be borne by the buyer. Only the product price will be refunded to the buyer.
  • For custom-made products, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting labor and fabric costs.

General Return Conditions

Returns must be made with the original box, contents, and complete original packaging. Products with missing, damaged, or non-reusable original packaging will not be accepted for return.
